Houston Community Garden

Come Grow With Us!

The mission of the Houston Community Garden is to create a model for community wellness and intergenerational connections while promoting healthy eating habits for all residents of the Houston, Minnesota, area.  We will do this by providing land, seeds, and equipment to grow food free of chemicals and genetic modification.  Through ongoing educational opportunities, we will teach gardening, harvesting, cooking, and preserving techniques.

Starting in 2013, a few raised bed boxes are available for rent.  Private families tend to their boxes and reap all the harvest.  Please contact Audrey if you are interested in renting a box or getting involved with the Community Garden!
