Houston Community Garden

Dates: Tuesdays from July 17th - August 14
Cost: $10 for entire course

Do you have youngsters in grades K-6 who love to get their hand dirty and enjoy being outdoors?  In this introductory gardening class with Kelsey Solum your kids will be interoduced to gardening techniques, good preparation skills, and the best part...tasting the fruits of our labors!  Remember to wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to get wet if it rains, you may also get muddy, so a spare change of clothes would be a good idea!  The final week we will set-up a picnic at Trailhead Park for the parents and families to join and sample some treats from the garden, then head over to the garden so teh kids can showcase their work for the parents.
